Hello to all!
My name is Katrina Whiteman and I am so glad to be joining the Lookout Inn team here at Carate Beach!
Josh Jones and I arrived last Friday and have been slowly adapting to our new jungle home. The Lookout Inn is awesome. The location here on Carate Beach is like no other.
The animals, the birds, the vegetation is all so vibrant and luscious! So far we have been lucky to see white faced monkey's, nestling sea turtles, scarlet macaws, iguana's, praying mantis, cherry rumped tanagers, baby hawks, and 4 kinds of frogs! We think we identified this frog as the dink frog: This is all right near the Lookout Inn. If your looking for adventure and a true jungle experience this is the place to come!
This place truly is a gem among the wild. Although we are among the ocean and jungle, Terry and Katya have done an excellent job creating a luxurious establishment. We have been eating awesome homemade meals three times a day including fresh baked bread and we are lucky to have yummy homemade desserts!
