When looking out from the deck of the Lookout Inn you can see for miles across the Pacific Ocean. If you look North from the deck you will see dense jungle with creatures hiding in the branches. As you look closer to the West you will see one edge of the Osa Peninsula. If you look East you may get lucky and see Iguana's or the nearby monkeys. With all this life surrounding us, it is no wonder that fresh fish is also abundant! One day while working out in the garden there was a call for assistance up by the Inn. As we approached we saw some mighty fish waiting to be cleaned! The catch of the day were a few large snook! These mighty marine fish are so special that the US Navy has even named three ships after them! What started out as a beans and rice kind of day turned into a delicious fresh Snook kind of day. So pack your bags and your fishing poles(or not) and come visit us to enjoy the view and the delicious food here at the Lookout Inn!
