*Cancellation Policy: Due to our remote location, and thus the difficulty of getting short notice bookings, there is a 100% refund for cancellations 60 days prior to the date of your arrival and a 50% refund for cancellations between 45 and 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $20 transaction fee for all cancellations. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days or less prior to arrival, any refund is at the discretion of Lookout Inn.
